ONE HANDHELD DEVICE FOR ALL SYSTEMS

With the HT11 Wireless and its base station, operators need just a single device to centrally control and operate all automation systems, including robots, magazines, and workstations. Approaching the base station intentionally establishes a quick and secure connection to the system (pairing). This simplifies handling and significantly reduces hardware costs.

FLEXIBILITY

The HT11 provides direct, wireless access to multiple systems without any need to swap devices or reconnect cables. Operators remain fully mobile, efficient, and ready for action at all times. Thanks to Industrial Ethernet, the system is independent of the control system used and can be easily integrated into various environments. Wireless technology eliminates cable breaks, tangled wires, and other cable damage. Plus, there’s no more hassle of adjusting cables when entering the cell – no tripping hazards, and the workspace stays clear and safe.

INTUITIVE OPERATION

An integrated dual-core processor ensures high computing power and reliable execution of all control functions. A powerful battery with a runtime of at least two hours guarantees uninterrupted operation. The ProHMI interface provides a clear, intuitive user experience for controlling the entire machine park – no specialized robot programming knowledge required.

REMOTE MAINTENANCE

Every minute counts when it comes to service. The integrated camera in the HT11 Wireless allows PROMOT service technicians to provide immediate remote support. Live streaming enables quick problem identification and efficient resolution – directly on site and without waiting.
