With ProHMI, you can control gantries, robots, and pallet systems through a single, intuitive visualization. No matter which controller or robot manufacturer is used, the standardized SRCI interface ensures cross-manufacturer operation – without any special programming skills.

The user interface simplifies trainings, onboarding of new workpieces, and troubleshootings. Motion sequences no longer need to be programmed in manufacturer-specific languages – ProHMI automatically translates them into the respective controller language.
There are two types of programming available:

Teach programme
With the teach programme, a new parameter set is created for a new workpiece via optical teach-in. A predefined sequence is automatically executed by the gantry loader, leaving the operator with the task of approaching and confirming the individual gripping points. Optical teaching is particularly useful for repeat parts and unknown future workpieces.

Parameter programme
A parameter programme is created for part families or geometrically identical parts. The coordination points are not taught in manually, but are calculated automatically by the control system. This enables efficient programming of a known range of parts with minimum effort.
By using this cross-control motion programming, you can design efficient processes in a much simpler way and adapt them to your production processes at any time – without the need for special programming skills.

ROBOT INTEGRATED – easy programming without special knowledge

By integrating the robot controller into ProHMI, the separate teach pendant of the robot manufacturer is no longer needed. Specific knowledge of the robot controller or costly manufacturer-specific training for each operator is no longer required. With just one HMI – the PROMOT HT11 – you can comfortably and centrally control all robots in the system.
Thanks to the SRCI interface, robot control and programming are now standardized and cross-manufacturer compatible. PROMOT has fully implemented this standard, ensuring seamless collaboration with robots from various manufacturers.

VISION INTEGRATED – smart part recognition

ProHMI integrates image processing seamlessly, without the need for additional user software from the camera manufacturer. Live images can be displayed directly during production, and new parts can be added and trained without any additional knowledge of image processing software. Part recognition works reliably for both gantries and robot automations.

SAFETY INTEGRATED – everything in one controller

The safety controller is fully integrated into the main cell controller. This combines PLC and safety programs in a single software environment. The fail-safe control (TwinSafe from Beckhoff, F-CPU from Siemens) simplifies troubleshootings for maintenance personnel, saves time, and reduces system downtimes. For wireless operator devices, communication takes place over separate radio channels, ensuring that safety functions remain reliably secured even wirelessly.
